Privacy policy

Short version: I only use what you choose to send me, to help you find the right property. I never sell your details, and you can ask me to delete them at any time.

Who I am

Kevin Walsh, Senior Investment Advisor at One Investments, Dubai (RERA BRN 10094). I am responsible for the personal details you share through kevinwalshproperty.com and my social channels. You can reach me on WhatsApp on +971 58 547 7181.

What I collect

Details you send meYour name, phone number, email, and anything you tell me about your budget, timing, preferred areas and reasons for buying.

Enquiries from the siteThe forms and buttons open WhatsApp with a pre-written message. Nothing is stored on this website itself; what you send arrives in my WhatsApp.

Social messagesIf you message me on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok, or reply to an automated message (sent through ManyChat), I receive your profile name and what you write.

Site usageIf you accept cookies, Google Ads records whether you arrived from one of my ads and got in touch. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps basic technical logs such as IP address to protect the site. See the cookie policy.

How I use it

To reply to you, send you project details, brochures, prices and payment plans you asked for, arrange viewings and calls, and handle a purchase if you go ahead. If you agree, I may also send occasional updates on new projects. You can say stop at any time.

Who I share it with

One InvestmentsThe brokerage I work under, which keeps client records as required by Dubai real estate regulations.

DevelopersWhen you want to reserve or view a project, I register you with that developer so you are recognised as my client. I only do this with your go-ahead.

Service providersWhatsApp (Meta), ManyChat, Google and Cloudflare process data on my behalf to run messaging, ads and the website.

AuthoritiesWhere the law requires it, for example anti-money-laundering checks on a purchase.

I never sell or rent your details to anyone.

How long I keep it

Enquiry conversations for up to two years after we last spoke, unless you ask me to delete them sooner. If you buy through me, transaction records are kept for as long as UAE regulations require, which is usually at least five years.

Your rights

You can ask me what I hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop sending you updates. This applies under UAE data protection law and, if you live in the UK or EU, under GDPR. Message me and I will deal with it within 30 days.

Data outside the UAE

Some of the services above store data on servers outside the UAE, including in the EU and US. They use recognised safeguards to protect it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top will change with it.
